MnM provides three business models to provide maximum flexibility in meeting the needs of its clients:

On-site
Off-Site
A combination of the two

The On-Site Business Model involves placing members of the MnM project management and development team at the client’s premises. Some projects call for this approach due to organizational policies, application and data security, etc.

The Off-Site Model: MnM undertakes projects for development at its software centre at Hyderabad, India.

Several projects utilize a Hybrid Model that employs both on-site and off-site teams. This is the recommended approach for a majority of projects.

Project activities are divided between on-site and off-site as follows:

On-Site – Executive level consulting, Systems Analysis and Design, Remote Project management, Training, Application Maintenance and Support.
Off-Site – Off-Site Project Management, Development and Implementation, Facility Management, Resource Mobilization for large projects, Network Administration.
